Spider-Gwen #24 features the first appearance of Gwenom, and thus it has become a Modern-Age key book.  Cool black cover that is tougher to find in the highest grades.  The book is graded 9.8 NM/MT with white pages by CGC.  Alignment is perfect; book looks new.
