We want you to be happy with your purchase!  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if there is a defect with a book which was either unknown by both parties (the defect is not apparent in the listing photos) or if was not visible in the listing photos and was mistakenly not disclosed by us.  Also, we will accept a return if the stated grade is disputed and we are unable to reach a consensus with the customer.  In either case, the book’s condition must have not changed since you received it.  Should the book sustain any damage while it is in your possession, we will not accept the return request. 

Any damage to an order during transit will be submitted to the insurance company.  If the box is damaged upon its arrival please do your best to document its condition before you open it and throughout the process.  If the contents are damaged please let us know as soon as possible, but certainly within 14 days of delivery.
