This is the first solo-titled series featuring the Spectre, although he debuted in the Golden Age title More Fun Comics #51-53 and then was introduced into the Silver Age in Showcase #60.  This first issue solo book is incredibly hard to find in high grade!  We have been searching for over 10 years to bring this copy to sale.  It's black cover makes it tough to find without spine tics breaking color.  The CGC census has only 2 copies graded higher, in 9.6.  There are no 9.8's.  There are only 20 9.4 copies.  We feel this issue (like many other DC Silver Age keys) is significantly undervalued.
