1st appearance of the White Tiger in standard comics books.  His true 1st appearance is in Deadly Hands of Kung Fu magazine #19.  White Tiger is the first Marvel superhero of Hispanic descent.  This Bronze Age key book is graded 9.2 NM- with white pages by CGC.
