Story and art by Todd McFarlane.  The run of Spawn comics we obtained is extraordinarily high grade, with most issues in NM+ 9.6 or better, and sporting perfect alignment, gloss and color.  This book is no exception with a grade of NM+ 9.6 or better.  Send it to CGC...you might get a 9.8!
