This issue is signed by the artist, Peter Grau, and also contains the intact Valiant Era Card inside.  Many of the Valiant books from this time are missing the cards, because purchasers could send in a complete set of these cards to Valiant in exchange for a more exclusive card set.  This book is graded 9.4 NM or better.
