Marvel Masterworks X-Men volume 3 is a collection of X-Men issues 1-10 (the X-Men's 1st appearance).  The Marvel Masterworks series, which began in 1987, celebrates the early issues of the classic Stan Lee and Jack Kirby stories in a beautiful, collected edition.  This book is from a special, limited edition printing of only 460 copies.  These special editions are specifically noted on the rear dust jacket, and have a more brilliant, shiny, gold-embossed frame on the front cover than do the first printings.  This book is in LIKE NEW condition, still sealed in its wrap from the printer.
