Marvel Masterworks volume 9 is a collection of Avengers issues 11-20.  The Marvel Masterworks series, which began in 1987, celebrates the early issues of the classic stories in a beautiful, collected edition.  This book is from a special, limited edition printing of only 450 copies.  These special editions are specifically noted on the rear dust jacket, and have a more brilliant, shiny, gold-embossed frame around the image of the book on the front cover than the same feature of the first printings.  This book is in LIKE NEW condition, still sealed in its wrap from the printer.
