This late Bronze Age Marvel anthology series began in 1982 and ran for 60 issues.  It collects works from various artists and writers across many characters/genres.  This first issue features a Michael Golden cover and features stories by Chris Claremont, Roger Stern, and a Frank Miller Daredevil story.  This book from the Winnipeg pedigree collection is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages.  It has perfect alignment and looks brand new.
