First issue in the series with the 1st appearance of Danny Ketch as the Ghost Rider.  Also the 1st appearance of Deathwatch (unless you consider Marvel Age #87 Danny Ketch's first appearance).  This book is a bit tough to find in high grade due to its black cover, despite the fact that they printed lots of these 1990's books.  This book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.
