This Silver Age key, square bound annual is a Stan Lee and Jack Kirby classic, which features the 1st appearance of Annihilus and the birth of Franklin Richards,  It has a great cover.  The book has excellent color and alignment, its spine is in very nice shape, and is graded 8.0 VF with white pages by CGC.
