This issue has been red hot for a long time, and doesn't show any sign of slowing down.  It features a classic Stan Lee story and Jack Kirby artwork.  This is the first-ever Marvel character crossover, and the first time the Hulk meets the Fantastic Four.  It has an incredible cover.  This book is graded 6.0 with off-white to white pages by CGC and it has the custom FF case graphics.  This issue is also the super-rare UK price variant.  There are only 2 copies graded higher (at 6.5) in the CGC census!
