This has got to be the holy grail of the Marvel Anniversary Issue series.  We are very happy to have one to offer you.  It is very rare, and widely sought after by two factions:  the Care Bear Junkies, and the Marvel collectors who seek a complete collection of the Marvel Anniversary "picture frame cover" series, which was on the covers of all titles released in November 1986. 

As of this writing, the CGC census indicates that only 23 copies exist in their slabs.  In the quest to acquire this item, we got outbid multiple times in online auctions for lesser copies.  They rarely come up in auctions.  This newsstand copy of the book is graded 9.4 NM.
