Captain Marvel #27 is so HOT HOT HOT right now!  This HOTNESS is because it contains the 1st appearance of Eros who later is renamed Starfox in Avengers 232.  But that's not all...it's the 2nd appearance of Drax the Destroyer and the 3rd appearance of Thanos!  The Avengers appear as well.  Add in a beautiful Jim Starlin cover and art, too.  This book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.  It's alignment is near perfect and the colors really pop.  Tough book to find in high grades due to the deep black background on the cover.
