This issue is a 1:15 variant with a homage to the classic Red Skull/Cosmic Cube cover by Marie Severin on Captain America #115 from 1969.  That is not all, though...this is the 1st appearance of Sam Wilson (Falcon) as Captain America!  A Modern Age key for sure!  This book is graded 9.6 NM+
