Amazing Spider-Man #40 is written by Stan Lee and drawn by John Romita.  It contains the origin of the Green Goblin and has an incredible cover.  This book is graded 9.2 NM- with white pages by CGC.  It has beautiful color and nice alignment and gloss.  A VERY HOT BOOK!
