Amazing Spider-Man #289 is a double-sized Copper Age key!  Ned Leeds is revealed as the Hobgoblin and we see the first appearance of the new Hobgoblin.  Kingpin and The Rose also appear.  The story is by Peter David.  This book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.  Color, gloss and alignment are excellent.
