Web of Spider-Man #1 is the third Spidey solo ongoing series, after Amazing Spider-Man (1963), and then Spectacular Spider-Man (1976).  The Vulturions make their first appearance in this book.  The cover, featuring the black suit, is beautifully painted by Charles Vess.  This book is graded 9.8 NM/MT with white pages by CGC.
