Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD #1 is the first issue of Fury as an agent of SHIELD in a solo title in his name.  The Jim Steranko cover is iconic (as are all of his covers!).  This book is still quite reasonably priced as a Silver Age key.  This book is graded 9.4 NM with white pages by CGC.
