This book is graded 9.8 NM/MT.  It is hard to find in this grade, as many copies were slightly damaged in the mail.  It has a cool Ron Lim cover and could only be obtained by sending in a coupon from Wizard magazine.  The book comes with a certificate of authenticity/description.
