Back in 1986 Marvel released its first set of anniversary series of covers to celebrate the 25 years elapsed since Fantastic Four #1 was released.  This variation of books published in November featured a border comprised of Marvel characters.  Well they did it again in 2009 and in 2019 to mark the 70th and 80th anniversaries of the publication of Marvel Comics #1 in 1939).  And again in 2021 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of FF #1. 

This book features the 70th anniversary border along with an excellent Mike Mayhew cover.  We understand that the book was distributed on a 1:10 basis versus the regular cover.  The book is graded 9.8 NM/MT.  It is perfectly centered and looks brand new.
