Amazing Spider-Man #294 is part five of a six issue story across the three Spidey titles that were running at the time (Amazing, Spectacular, and Web).  This is one of the greatest Spidey stories ever told (by J.M. DeMatteis).  It's a Copper Age key containing the death of Kraven the Hunter, one of Spidey's greatest foes.  The Michael Zeck art is some of his very best work.  Kingpin and The Rose also appear.  The book has been HOT since it was released.  This book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.  Color, gloss and alignment are really nice.
