Don Perlin cover and art, Tony Isabella story.  This issue features the 1st appearance and origin of Tigra (used to be the Cat).  This Bronze Age key book is graded 9.2 NM- with white pages by CGC.  It is from the Winnipeg pedigree collection as noted on the special CGC label.  We acquired the book because it looks much nicer than a 9.2, and the alignment is perfect as well.
