This book is greatly under-appreciated because it contains the very first solo Silver Surfer story ever which pre-dates Silver Surfer #1.  Add that to it being written by Stan Lee and drawn by Jack Kirby.  It also contains the 1st appearance of Psycho-Man and the death of Quasimodo.  It's not a particularly easy book to find in high grade because it is a square bound, giant size book with a white cover which often appears stained or dirty.  

This book is graded 9.2 NM- with off-white to white pages by CGC.  Its alignment is perfect, it has a very square spine, and nice sharp corners.  We are surprised it did not receive at least one grade higher.  Anyway, this is a very nice copy.  What are you waiting for?
