This has been a very hot book in the Amazing Spider-Man series because it contains the 1st appearance of a major villain, Madame Web, which was recently made into a live action movie.  Art by John Romita Jr. and story by Denny O'Neil.  This book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.  it has excellent color and alignment.
