This issue is within the second volume of Batman, which began in 2011.  The New 52! was a reboot engineered across most of the DC titles.  This series is pretty amazing.  Written by Scott Snyder and drawn by the very talented Greg Capullo, this issue features the 1st cameo appearance of the Court of Owls, a group that has been brought onto the screen in HBO Max's Gotham Knights series.  This Modern Age key book is graded 9.8 NM/MT with white pages by CGC.
