This issue is within the second volume of Batman, which began in 2011.  The New 52! was a reboot engineered across most of the DC titles.  This series is pretty amazing.  Written by Scott Snyder and drawn by the very talented Greg Capullo, this issue features the 1st full appearance of the Court of Owls, a group that has been brought onto the screen in HBO Max's Gotham Knights series.  Strangely, the CGC census only contains 723 copies of this popular, modern, and presumably plentiful book (there are only 264 9.8's and 214 9.6's).  We believe the low census count is because DC books with dark, glossy covers printed during this time period are easily marred by fingerprints and easily subject to color-breaking creases, so we have found they are surprisingly difficult to find in super high grade.  This Modern Age key book is graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.
