Iron Fist #6 is written by Chris Claremont and drawn by John Byrne.  The cover is drawn by Gil Kane.  This Bronze Age key book contains the origin of Misty Knight.  It is also the first appearance of Jeryn Hogarth.  Hogarth was "reimagined as a woman" in the Jessica Jones series (as Jeri Hogarth) by Netflix.   This book is graded 9.2 NM- with white pages by CGC.  It's a super clean copy with great alignment, color and gloss.  It looks like a 9.4/9.6 - possibly a good candidate for a resubmission to CGC?
